Quick up date

We have just arrived in Stone 64 miles today, 100 miles yesterday and 78 the previous day. Adam has just told us we have done 371.51 ish miles in total. Ian got stung on the fore head AJ had 3 punchers and out of a total of 5 this was very high percentage. It was the hottest day so far and some of us found it hard in the heat of the day and the legs are very tired, some people are applying Sudo Ceme hourly.
